Morty Corb is the real father of the Hallowed Haunting Grounds. His love, generosity and talent provided the environment which allowed this work to flourish.
Morty was a respected jazz man. His amazing bass has been heard in classic recordings of jazz bands big and small. The likes of Louis Armstrong, Benny Goodman and Pete Fountain found his reliable musicianship to be an important part of their sound. His later work in bands at Disneyland was crucial to the founding of the Hallowed Haunting Grounds as it put his son Gary in regular contact wth the vision of Walt Disney and the talent of the Imagineers.
The untimely passing of this gentleman left our world poorer. Morty rests in peace among other Greats of Hollywood, but his spirit was felt in every manifestation of the Hallowed Haunting Grounds.
